Next.js SpecKit Template

Skip the setup and start every project spec-first. This template ships GitHub Spec Kit already initialized with the Claude integration, so /speckit-specify → /speckit-plan → /speckit-tasks → /speckit-implement works from the first prompt — no specify init, no wiring.

Quality gates from commit one — lefthook pre-commit (typecheck, lint, format, test), pre-push build, and a two-job GitHub Actions CI: full gate plus Playwright e2e against real Postgres.
Governed by a constitution — .specify/memory/constitution.md encodes the ground rules (YAGNI, TDD, strict typing, server-first architecture) that every spec, plan, and agent action must follow.

Getting started

Click Use this template, then:

bun install
cp .env.example .env   # DATABASE_URL is the only hard requirement
bun run dev
